Erin F.When I was a younger man, I was considered a power user and early adopter of technology. I think that technology can make our lives tremendously easier and better. The problem is, I have aged and technology has not aged well! Earlier, my philosophy always was if there was a problem. It was a user problem. But now, between technology rushed out into the field before it was ready, shortcuts to save money, and a lack of commitment to efficiency, frequently. The technology that we spend money for is flawed. And, I've gotten older and less adaptable. If I didn't have access to David, I think I'd still be using tin cans and string!
